Victoria Garden Mews is a state-of-the-art green multi-family residential project in downtown Santa Barbara, CA. Designed and built by a cutting-edge team consisting of Allen Associates, general contractor, Thompson Naylor Architects, and Grace Design Associates, landscape design + build.

The project is a Certified Platinum project under the U.S. Green Building Council's LEED® for Homes program and is one of 155 projects selected to participate in the Sustainable Sites Initiative™ (SITES™) Pilot Program.

Victoria Garden Mews is a model for green residential building in southern California and one of the greenest residential developments in the nation. The project is used on an on-going basis for education – for the public as well as building industry professionals – to demonstrate a number of successful and affordable green building strategies, including:
