Dennis Allen of Allen Associates, Dennis Thompson and Susette Naylor of Thompson Naylor Architects, Margie Grace of Grace Design Associates and Devon Hartman of HartmanBaldwin design/build, Inc. have designed and are now building a state-of-the-art, multi-family, green residential project in downtown Santa Barbara, CA.

The Project has been registered for certification with U.S. Green Building Council's LEED® for Homes program.

Upon completion, this project will become a model for green residential building in southern California and may become the "greenest" residential development not only in the state of California but possibly the nation.

These residences will demonstrate to the public and trade conservation of resources through design of modest living spaces, single mechanical system for multiple dwellings, emphasis on durability, indoor air quality, and super efficient appliances and lighting.
