AQUEL™ Inc. is a Santa Barbara, California water treatment company founded in 2003 to pioneer the research and development of sustainable water treatment practice, designs and systems. Its team of engineers and water treatment specialists are internationally recognized.

AQUEL’s vision - in both philosophy and practice - is to create environmentally sensitive water treatment solutions that protect our environment, our water resources, our property, and our health.  This broader vision looks beyond the traditional paradigms of water treatment technology, creating new sustainable ways of seeing and using water. Our goal always is to reduce our carbon footprint by providing the ultimate in water protection, water conservation and water aesthetics.

AQUEL’s green design customizable drinking water system has been awarded United States Patent No. 6,797,165.  New patent applications are in a pending award status.  AQUEL has been profiled by Building Green (PBS) and in Green From the Ground Up, a green building film documentary embraced as a green contractor training tool by forward-thinking academic institutions.

AQUEL Inc. services include: Water treatment training and consultation, community and academic water treatment program development and support, custom system design, and Point of Entry (POE) and Point of Use (POU) water conditioning, filtration, softening and ultraviolet (UV) light sterilization for residential and commercial application.
