Green Home Tours

Victoria Garden Mews LLC's "Green Showcase" home tours will offer the general public, trade representatives, green organizations, media, and local officials the opportunity to view this special green residential development. This high profile "California Green Project" will have secured numerous products and measures to support sustainability, energy and water efficiencies, indoor air quality, and thermal comfort throughout the residences. These educational tours will also offer a chronology of the LEED® certification program.

Sponsors will offer product demonstrations and or information on the various participating green products included in each residence. Sponsors may offer product videos to further educate tour attendees on the latest products used in this project and in the green technology space.

Green home tours for the Victorian home and condominium residences will be scheduled upon completion of the project which occurred late spring, 2011.
